Wow. I am so grateful for the customer service at Paris Optique today. A pair of Oliver Peoples glasses were purchased for me as a gift less than a month ago from David who was extremely helpful and patient with me. Choosing which glasses to go with has always been a challenge for me, so much so that I usually leave without purchasing. However, not feeling rushed or guilty about the time spent in the store we bought my pair and left excited and happy.
Today the sides of the frame on the glasses were bent out and unable to be worn. I was so worried I was sick because of how much was spent on them. ($405 which is the same price they sell for on the Oliver People's website) I called Paris Optique incredibly concerned about what to do. David said to come on in for a look. When I got to the store David and Shanna were both extremely nice and actually kept me pretty calm. I was seriously stressing out because this is one of the most expensive gifts I've ever been given. I don't even spend that kind of money on my amazing grandmother who raised me!
They said to give them 30 minutes. When I came back they were back to perfect condition. Gorgeous! I was SO relieved!!! No charge, no hassle, no guilt trip, all smiles. Shanna kept reassuring me that if anything like that happened again to just bring them back in.
While I was there I asked about getting a different case for the glasses. Shanna was very polite and gave me another option. We both agreed on the case I already had and she explained a better way to place them in the case. Again very calming and patient person! She kept me calm through out the process. I really appreciate both of them being so helpful!
